The AZWR has many dogs that are rescued every month; not all of them are able to be listed on the website. Our goal is to match each dog to the perfect family, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't see a weimaraner right now. Applicants on our wait list receive higher priority on dogs as they are rescued.

Meet Sonny 2 yr old neutered male. Due to illness in the family Sonny needs to find a new home as soon as possible. Sonny is ok with Female dogs, but needs be the only male. We are unsure about Cats or other small animals.
He has been around children and gets along ok. He will need a family who is active and can provide him exercise, training and direction. He is housebroken, uses a doggy door and knows basic commands. |
