The AZWR has many dogs that are rescued every month; not all of them are able to be listed on the website. Our goal is to match each dog to the perfect family, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't see a weimaraner right now. Applicants on our wait list receive higher priority on dogs as they are rescued.
Jasper is still with us thanks to the generosity of many people who support the rescue. He came to us in very bad condition and has had many medical procedures to be able to get him to a good quality of life. Jasper will need a future home with a very loving family where he will likely be the only dog.
