The AZWR has many dogs that are rescued every month; not all of them are able to be listed on the website. Our goal is to match each dog to the perfect family, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't see a weimaraner right now. Applicants on our wait list receive higher priority on dogs as they are rescued.
Hello! I’m Juliette, a 3 ½ year old blue Weimaraner, looking for a forever home. Upon arrival at the shelter I was severely underweight. A trip to the specialist discovered that I have severe food allergies. I have gained weight and feel so much better!
I am shy when I meet someone for the first time but warm up and show my good nature. I am friendly, happy, like belly rubs, get along with other dogs and LOVE having a bath. I am learning to walk on a leash. I have to stay on a special diet, but if you can provide patience and consistency, I will be a wonderful addition to your family! |
